Worn around the wrist, the Decca like the Ritza can be unfolded and worn as a hat at a moment’s notice. It can be worn clipped around the neck or worn unfolded, hanging down, offering more coverage. It can also be wrapped around a bag strap or just curled and stored in your bag.
